Mr. Rahul Vats

Mr. Rahul Vats is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having experience over 12 years in profession. He has also qualified as Information System Auditor (DISA) from ICAI. He is serving the profession since 2011 and has immense experience in the field of Taxation and Assessment Matters, Auditing & Assurance Services including Bank Audits and Business Advisory and Management Consultancy. His strengths include excellent analytical skills and in depth subject knowledge. He has served diversified industries and led to establish efficient internal control systems at business houses. He has also completed various Certification courses namely Concurrent Audit of Banks, Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection in ICAI. He is a certified Peer Review Auditor of ICAI for Quality Control & Assurance.

Managing Partner & leader of the firm and having experience of 12 years in almost every facet of accounting profession with splendid expertise in taxation. Mr. Rahul Vats manages the entire spectrum of practice including Audit, Accounting, Direct Taxes, Company Law Matters, Business Re-Structuring, Project Analysis & Appraisal, Capital Structuring, Project Financing, Portfolio Management and consultations on Private Trusts and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP)
